In the SSB interview process, before getting to know how to ask questions or what questions have to be answered, it is very important for you to know how tasks are done in SSB centers every day. The SSB Center for the selection of officers in the military armies of the country, the physical, intellectual and personal abilities of each candidate are specially calculated. SSB Interview Five-Day Process
To appear in the SSB interview, you have to go through various selection exams like NDA / NA, CDS, AFCAT, TES, SSC (T) and UES, etc. Selection for SSB is either through written examinations or letter candidates are directly called for SSB interview. The Service Selection Board allocates the call letter (SSB Call Letter) for calling in the interview, from which the candidate has to reach the SSB center by the time on the relevant date. SSB also provides a one-time travel allowance for candidates coming for Permanent and Short Service Commission. The candidate has to get all his documents verified by reaching the selection center. In case of any document error or unavailability, the candidate is declared ineligible to give SSB. Candidates must take all their documents with them before going to the SSB for an interview. This information is especially for the candidates who are in the final year of their graduation, to carry a verified mark sheet, student verification certificate, and certificate of certificates, etc. from their director. DAY ONE - Reporting/screening test

If the document-verification is done on the first day, then the candidate has to go through the general intellectual examination directly, otherwise, the verification is done first. Eligible candidates go through the Buddhist examination, in which the candidate has reasoning power, quantitative and other general questions so that it can be ascertained whether the candidate has the skill to become an officer.

After the intellectual examination, the Picture Perception and Description Test - PPDT is conducted, in which the candidate is shown a black and white blurred picture (black and white sketch) for 30 seconds after which each candidate is called a 01 Time is given to think of minutes and then 04 minutes is given to writing a story about that image. In the sketch, you have to tell about the number of total letters, their age, and gender, and the story outline should also be written. After this, each candidate has to participate in a discussion based on their story. In this discussion, you have to agree with everyone while proving your story to be true. After the discussion, all the candidates are sent for lunch after which the results of the Buddhist examination and discussion are narrated. The candidates selected on the first day are eligible to stay at the center of the service selection board for the other four days as well, the other students have to return. DAY TWO - psychological test

In order to know the psychological status of the candidate and his personal mind, 04 consecutive examinations are taken from the selected candidates on the first day.

Self Description
Thematic mental perception test is the second picture related to perception under the SSB interview. Through this examination, the subconscious state of the candidate is ascertained. After seeing the picture, the candidate's well comes to mind, what he thinks, his thoughts are analyzed by evaluating the personality of the candidate.

The term mail exam is another technique used by psychologists in SSB interviews through which they try to understand the thinking attitude of the candidates. In this examination, the candidate is given the words used daily, from which the candidate has to make a sentence. For example, by listening to the word "shotgun", a candidate will write that the gun can be killed, while the other candidate will also write that the gun is for safety. By reading all these sentences, psychologists easily get to know about the personality of the candidate.

The status response test is taken immediately after the word mail exam. In this examination, the candidate is given a question paper and a separate answer book is given. Only 2 to 3 lines are given for each answer, in which the candidate has to write a short and full meaning answer. The candidate has to write the answer keeping himself in the given situation. Explains what he will do in the said situation. The candidate should write only the real and possible answer.

In the self-examination examination, the candidate is asked to write about him, his parents, parents, friends or teachers. The candidate has to write what he or she thinks about himself or herself, what are the shortcomings or where said improvement is needed and what things he/she likes. After this exam, all the examinations of the second day are over.

The group discussion group test is the first and important stage of the examination. In a group discussion, the candidates have to discuss social and current ongoing issues.

Group planning exercises or military planning exercises provide a set of problems in which each candidate should use the resources present there with the help of himself or her team. GTO expects the candidates to improve their leadership quality and make their business a success by solving their group's problems.

In the lecturer phase, each candidate has to respond by speaking about his / her group, for which each candidate gets 4 subjects, choosing one of them and he/she gets 04 minutes of thinking time to speak.

Under progressive group work, the candidates have to do physical work in the given field, this work is done immediately after the group planning exercise or military planning exercise. While doing this task, the candidate has to carry some weight with him. Bally, rope, etc. are provided to the accused of work assistance.

Half the group work is also like progressive group work, just to do this task, the group is divided into two parts so that each person can integrate their ideas into problem-solving.

Individual barriers are awarded to each candidate. A time of 10 minutes is given for this task, looking at the work level of the candidate, his courage, endurance, and other skills are assessed.

Command work is also physical activity under which each candidate has to do the work designated by the commander in 15 minutes. These tasks are similar to those done in progressive groups.

In the Naga race, the group has to run by holding a thick rope made of about 2 meters long jute or cloth. In order to overcome the difficulties, 3 candidates have to hold the rope. This activity reflects the team spirit of the group's candidates.

The final group work is also an external task in which physical activity is done, in which difficulties are given in the same way as progressive groups, which are solved in time by helping each other in the group.

DAY FIVE - Conference

On this day, each candidate talks to the interview panel, after which the panel analyzes the results of each candidate for five days and the best candidates are selected. The selected candidate is sent to the training center of the Army, Navy or Air Force and trained for the post of officer. The remaining candidates are dropped from the SSB center to the railway station.
